Strategic Operations Review

You have everything running fairly smoothly.  No major fire drills or panics to react to.  You have a good team in place.  But, despite having much of your act together these days, you are left unsatisfied.

Are they even standardized and documented?  For where you are going next ...can improved processes be designed and implemented to support you?

Business Technology Review Automation is key in any workplace environment.  Particularly in office environments.  How are your people and job functions supported and/or hindered by technology?  What are the best practices that need to be standardized upon and rolled out to everyone?  What are the sacred cows currently in place that should really be taken out the back and slaughtered?  What are the costs to acquire, implement and then support the best practices ....and are they even worth the effort?  Or will everything have changed again by the time they are in place?

Executive Coaching Not for the faint of heart.  Prepare to confront the very things that have been limiting both you and your business to date.  Can you deal with yourself or will your ego be your limiting factor?  This is the center piece of any execution strategy.
